Coffee liqueur, better known as coffee sport. Nothing is simpler and quicker than preparing liqueur with coffee. Great on ice cream and in desserts like coffee and cream cheesecake. Soon on this cooking blog, the recipe will be accompanied by photos and explanations, we are working on it. This liqueur is really easy to make at home and enjoyable to serve chilled as a digestif at the end of a meal. It can be prepared with excellent coffee using an espresso machine or a moka pot, naturally, this does not affect the final result. I discovered that coffee liqueur is really excellent and very easy to make at home, I have many friends who love it, my idea, not entirely original, is to prepare it now and give it as a Christmas gift, aged and ready to enjoy.

Ingredients
- 5.3 oz coffee
- 2.5 cups sugar
- 2.1 cups pure alcohol
Tools
- Jar
- Funnel
- Food scale
- Mug
- Glass bottle
Preparation
Prepare 500 ml of good coffee. Obviously, to have a good liqueur, you need to prepare good coffee.
Don’t wait for the coffee to cool, pour it directly over the sugar (already weighed, of course) so that, being still hot, it will dissolve more easily.
Stir often and ensure all the sugar has dissolved, then wait for the coffee to cool completely and only then can you add the alcohol.
The coffee liqueur is ready. Serve it chilled on ice cream or simply as a digestif at the end of a meal.
