Crunchy Baguette with Salmon

Crunchy baguette with salmon is an appetizer to impress and please even the most demanding guest. Small refined delights made with fresh spreadable cheese and salmon, very simple crunchy baguette and easy to prepare. Ideal for accompanying aperitifs and starting a festive evening with joy. It is always advisable to toast the bread for two reasons: firstly, because it loses moisture and becomes crunchy and thus more enticing to the palate, and secondly, it is advisable to toast it because it allows the bread to absorb less of the condiments.

Traveling and exploring is my second passion, so I couldn't leave out dishes from around the "World" on my blog. My blog is divided into simple and essential sections like appetizers, first courses, main courses, side dishes, bread and leavened products, jams and preserves, wines and wineries, and of course, travels.
