Hemp seed and blueberry cookies, you can tell I love making homemade cookies because the fewer ingredients, the better. Seeds, in general, are precious allies for health due to their nutritional properties. But especially for those searching for taste and well-being that always help. Hemp seeds, in particular, have a high content of zinc and phosphorus that help normal energy metabolism.
These cookies are suitable for everyone, for those following a vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free diet, and for those who do not tolerate dairy products.

Add the dried cranberries to the hemp seed cookie dough. If needed, add more water, a cup.
Transfer the mixture to the pastry board and
using the rolling pin, roll out the dough for convenience on the parchment paper.
Use a small glass to cut out cookies and place them on the baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake in a preheated oven at 340°F for 20 minutes.
