- 2 eggs
- 60 g powdered sugar
- 80 g cornstarch (maizena)

Preparation
Three ingredients suffice to prepare ladyfingers. With these quantities, you make about 130 grams of ladyfingers, which is a lot because they are super light.
In the stand mixer, beat the egg whites with the sugar until stiff peaks form; when they look glossy and well-bulged, they’re ready. Add the yolks while continuing to beat. Out of the mixer, fold in the cornstarch with a spatula.
Using the piping bag, shape the cookies into sticks and dust them with powdered sugar twice generously. Bake them at 375°F (190°C) for 11 minutes. Watch the video tutorial which will assist you.
