Liliana’s Apple Muffins, I basically “copied” the ingredients from the recipe that my friend posted one Saturday afternoon as I was looking for inspiration for a dessert to make, so browsing my favorite social network I read “no sugar, no flour, and no butter”, practically the dessert she had prepared was perfect for me at that moment, but what a marvel. I prepared the ingredients but turned my dessert into small muffins with a slight modification. I’ve always known I have a passion for apples, cakes, and all apple desserts. Whenever I can, I look for recipes, ideas, and cues to prepare and use this versatile fruit in the kitchen, which lends itself to sweet as well as savory preparations. There are so many recipes with apples cooked with roast pork, and adding this sometimes tart and often sweet but always fantastic fruit.

Essential Steps to Prepare Liliana’s Apple Muffins
I obviously flipped the recipe by making individual muffins instead of the single apple cake and to blend the ingredients, including the oat flakes and raisins, I used the chopper. In the chopper glass, I put the oat flakes with the baking powder and cinnamon, the raisins with the milk and eggs, and chopped everything for a few minutes. When the mixture was well blended, I divided it into 7 paper muffin cups. I peeled the apple, cut it into small pieces, and distributed it over each muffin. With the oven already at 356°F, I baked them for 25 minutes.
And here they are, Liliana’s soft apple muffins without flour, butter, and sugar! Try preparing them too.
