- 130 ml vegetable oil
- 100 ml milk
- 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 packet baking powder
- 1 lemon (grated zest)
- 1 egg
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup ml milk

Steps to prepare the cake
Prepare the cream by whisking the egg with the sugar, flour, and warm milk.
On medium heat, stirring constantly with the whisk for 5 minutes, the cream thickens.
In the stand mixer, place the eggs with sugar, and grate the zest of a lemon.
Sift the flour and alternate with milk and oil, also adding the baking powder.
Pour the prepared mixture of the Nua cake into a 24 cm pan lined with parchment paper.
In spoonfuls and in a random order, distribute the custard over the uncooked cake.
Bake at 350°F for 35 minutes. Use a toothpick to check the doneness.
