  • 1/3 cup rolled oats
  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 teaspoons instant barley
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 tablespoon 70% dark chocolate
  • 3 tablespoons Greek yogurt
  • 1 coffee cup coffee
  • 2 tablespoons honey

Steps to Make Oat and Coffee Mug Cake

  • To prepare the oat and coffee mug cake, you need a chopper to mix all the ingredients. First step is to chop the oats and turn them into flour.

  • Add the unsweetened cocoa powder in the chopper

  • and a teaspoon of baking powder,

  • instant barley

  • then move on to the wet ingredients like honey, the egg, and

  • the milk.

  • Blend for a few seconds and pour the mixture into a mug

  • cook in the microwave at 750 W for one minute

  • Take the mug out of the microwave and place a square of chocolate in the center, push it deep.

  • Put back in the microwave for another 45 seconds.

  • Meanwhile, prepare the yogurt cream by mixing cold coffee with Greek yogurt

  • Pour the cream over the mug cake and have a good breakfast.
