Steps Required to Prepare the Cutlets
Clean the pleurotus mushrooms by removing part of the stem and any cultivation residues, wash them quickly without leaving them in water, dry them, and prepare the mixture to add to the breadcrumbs. In the chopper, put the garlic and parsley, salt and pepper, hazelnuts, and the zest of half a lemon, all with part of the breadcrumbs. Chop for a few seconds and add the rest of the breadcrumbs, mix, and in the meantime in a deep dish, beat the eggs with a fork.
Start coating the pleurotus mushrooms in the eggs and then immediately in the seasoned and flavored breadcrumbs with parsley and lemon.
