Ingredients
- 10 prawns
- 5 sheets phyllo dough
- 1 lemon (juice and zest)
- 2 tbsps extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp chopped parsley
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt

Steps
Wash the prawns and peel off the shell, head, and vein, removing it with a toothpick, leaving only the tail. Season with salt, pepper, parsley, extra virgin olive oil, and finally with lemon zest and juice.
Cut all the phyllo dough sheets in half (make sure to keep the sheets you’re not using wrapped to prevent them from drying out), take one, fold it in half, brush with extra virgin olive oil, and fold again
brush again,
place in the muffin pan
and before closing the basket, place a marinated prawn in the center.
Close it and do the same for the rest of the phyllo dough. There are 5 sheets that will become 10 when cut in half, exactly for 10 prawns.
Lightly brush the surface of the prawns in phyllo dough with extra virgin olive oil.
Place in the oven for 20 minutes at 356°F
