Purple Cabbage Chips

Purple cabbage chips in an air fryer, they look like potato chips because of their crunchiness, only a bit dark but I swear they’re delicious. I often use purple cabbage chips as an appetizer along with other types of vegetables, like savoy cabbage or kale, and I assure you the chips are extremely delicate and light. Besides being seasonal, purple cabbage lends itself to quick cooking and is also extraordinary when consumed raw.

Traveling and exploring is my second passion, so I couldn't leave out dishes from around the "World" on my blog. My blog is divided into simple and essential sections like appetizers, first courses, main courses, side dishes, bread and leavened products, jams and preserves, wines and wineries, and of course, travels.
