Savoy Cabbage Pizza

Savoy cabbage pizza, an alternative main course but not too much, I love it even though it is a faux pizza. Indeed, there are not many ways to cook cabbage other than adding it everywhere, certainly in minestrone, ribollita, and all Tuscan recipes. I also tried to make an omelet, delicious, rolls, baked, sautéed, and raw in salad, all really excellent. When I thought of making a light pizza, I tried replacing the dough with sliced savoy cabbage.

  • 1 clove garlic

Tools

Steps

Meanwhile, in a saucepan, cook the tomato sauce with garlic and salt, pepper, and oregano, a good drizzle of EVO oil, and cook for 10 minutes.

  • After 30 minutes of baking the cabbage, take it out and top it with the cooked tomato sauce and grated cheese in the center.

My name is Pina, and my passion is food and cooking in general. On the blog, I focus on regional dishes like those from my birthplace, Sicily. I also feature dishes from Lazio, the region that has hosted me for over 40 years, but in general, I cover all Italian regions. Traveling and exploring is my second passion, so I couldn't leave out dishes from around the "World" on my blog. My blog is divided into simple and essential sections like appetizers, first courses, main courses, side dishes, bread and leavened products, jams and preserves, wines and wineries, and of course, travels. Desserts are included, and finally, there is a dedicated corner for gluten-free options. Easy recipes, explained step by step and always updated.
