Spoon dessert with amaretti and canned peaches with cream and fresh spreadable cheese, or alternatively use sieved ricotta, a very quick dessert for everyone, adults and children, but mainly gluten-free. It requires no cooking, which in itself makes us love it. Another really interesting thing is that the spoon dessert, in addition to being quick to prepare and without cooking, does not contain gluten. The cookie used in this spoon dessert is gluten-free, containing only sugar, bitter almonds, egg whites, and nothing else.

Ingredients
- 1 cup fresh spreadable cheese
- 1 cup whipping cream
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1 cup yellow peaches
- 3.5 oz amaretti cookies
Tools
- Chopper
- Mixer
- 6 Glasses
Steps
I think this is the quickest delicious dessert there is, ready in less than 15 minutes with the ingredients at hand. Divide the amaretti into six individual cups and crumble them as you distribute them, leaving 6 whole for the final decoration. Whip the cream and mix in the fresh spreadable cheese. Place them in a pastry bag with a smooth nozzle, but you can use any other one you like. Pass a first layer of cream in the cups. Chop 2 canned peaches and distribute the resulting puree over the cream in the 6 cups, another layer of cream, and complete with a few slices of canned peach and the whole amaretto set aside earlier. Decorate with cream tufts. Here is the spoon dessert with amaretti and peaches ready.
