Strawberry Liquor Recipe

Strawberry liquor recipe. I didn’t know, for example, that strawberries have more vitamin C than oranges! But the truly beautiful and useful thing for me, and not just for me, but I think for everyone, is that 100 grams provide only 30 Kcal, but not the liquor obviously! The success of homemade liquors, as with all other kitchen preparations, mainly depends on the choice of ingredients, which must always be of the highest quality. The fruit must be very fresh, as is the case for jams. But I’ve noticed a big difference since I’ve been using distilled water to prepare the syrup that is combined with the alcohol base, the reason being that it certainly has fewer impurities and less limescale than tap water, which is certainly not a detail to be overlooked.

My name is Pina, and my passion is food and cooking in general. On the blog, I focus on regional dishes like those from my birthplace, Sicily. I also feature dishes from Lazio, the region that has hosted me for over 40 years, but in general, I cover all Italian regions. Traveling and exploring is my second passion, so I couldn't leave out dishes from around the "World" on my blog. My blog is divided into simple and essential sections like appetizers, first courses, main courses, side dishes, bread and leavened products, jams and preserves, wines and wineries, and of course, travels. Desserts are included, and finally, there is a dedicated corner for gluten-free options. Easy recipes, explained step by step and always updated.
