Steps to prepare the crackers
In a bowl, mash the banana with a fork
Pour in the black sesame seeds
and the white ones
Using two sheets of parchment paper, roll out the mixture thinly. Using a cookie cutter, form 4 discs
With the same parchment paper, place them on the baking sheet
Bake in a pre-heated fan oven at 356°F for 15 minutes
