- 4.2 oz semolina pasta (Rigacuore)
- 4.6 oz bell peppers
- 4 Italian sweet peppers
- 0.7 oz leek
- 0.4 oz celery
- Half carrot
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1.4 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pickled capers
- 1 tsp chopped parsley
- 1 clove garlic

Steps
All the vegetables julienned in a pan with oil and salt but after sautéing the garlic, leek, and carrots with celery.
Ten minutes of cooking, then add the capers and parsley.
Leave just a few strips of red pepper to garnish the plates before serving, put the rest in the chopper.
Complete the chopped dressing with freshly ground black pepper, a drizzle of EVO oil, and fresh parsley.
