- 1/4 cup walnuts, dried
- 2 tbsps extra virgin olive oil

- 1 pinch chili pepper
- 10 dried cranberries
- 0.35 oz pistachio (chopped)

Steps
As the first step, chop the walnuts, add the tofu broken by hand, a pinch of salt, and chili pepper, and finally the oil.
Use the chopper until you get a smooth and homogeneous mixture, set it to cool in the fridge for 1 hour.
Then prepare some spheres.
Chop the pistachio and cut the dried cranberries into small pieces, then roll the little truffles in the pistachio and cranberries to cover them.
Place them in the fridge and let them rest before serving for a delicious appetizer.
