Sweet but not too sweet white grape jam, rather unusual but very good. We might not add sugar to the grape jam and it would still be very sweet. In general, I love all jams and, therefore, as soon as I can and find seasonal fruit, I make it myself and preserve it for the winter or give it to friends and relatives.

Steps for Making White Grape Jam
It’s worth all the effort, meaning cutting the grapes in half and removing the seeds, to achieve a final result like this.
Clearly, when I indicate 750 grams of white grapes, I mean net weight, without seeds.
I add the sugar and put the pot on the stove on low heat.
I cook the white grape jam for an hour, stirring often. After the first hour of cooking, I used the immersion blender to blend the jam until it was smooth and free of skins. I cooked for another 30 minutes and, at the end,
Jar the jam, seal, and turn the jars upside down to create a vacuum.
For extra safety, I usually boil for 20 minutes by immersing the jam jars in a pot with cold water.
And here it is, the white grape jam ready
