  • 2/3 cup yogurt
  • 1/16 cup sunflower seed oil
  • 2 teaspoons honey (I prefer the sweetness of linden and the aroma of chestnut)
  • 12 g compressed yeast
  • to taste brown sugar
  • 3 apples
  • 1 coffee cup milk (To dissolve the yeast)

A quick and tasty dessert to prepare. It really takes very little

  • Apple Pizza
  • First of all, dissolve the yeast in a coffee cup of milk, then pour over the flour and add the rest of the ingredients; mix carefully.

  • Place in a round pan or as preferred.

  • Arrange the apple slices and let it rise for about two hours; adjust based on the ambient temperature in your home; it may take less time if over 68°F.

  • Sprinkle with brown sugar and bake in a preheated oven at 392°F for about 30 minutes; you should achieve a nice golden color

  • Wait until it is cool before cutting. It has a gentle and sweet-salty flavor. Great for breakfast, snack or dessert

A very simple pizza or cake, you can call it whatever you prefer. Great for a diet without excessive fats or sugars, also a good compromise for those who cannot consume eggs. You can enrich it with raisins or chocolate chips. I recommend using fruit yogurt, I used blueberries, to give an extra boost to the flavor. My experience with: cereals, apricot, and peach.
