Chocolate Baskets with Ricotta and Pistachio Heart. Easy and Delicious

Recipe for chocolate baskets with ricotta and pistachio heart. Easy and delicious

Today I had nothing to do, actually I still had some leftovers to use up, so I needed to come up with a dessert to prepare… Given the “leftovers” I quickly connected the flavors…

So I melted the chocolate to fill with the cream I would prepare; the filled baskets were born

In my kitchen, at this time, there are various supplies, some of which are available foods, they need to be consumed, so I take advantage of the opportunity to start giving gifts in advance, because when an idea comes I can prepare without problems, as it will become a small gift for relatives (the children are always happy) and friends; even in advance.

Knowing me, and knowing that I often have my hands in dough, they gladly accept.

And I can produce my dishes, also because if I had to consume everything myself, it would be a problem, there are periods where ideas abound, so you have to put them into practice to see if they work or let them go.

Luckily at this time, even making gifts is useful, so I combine business with pleasure.

There are some foods that are never missing at home, the basics for sure, because if I don’t sleep, which happens often, I get up and start tinkering in the quiet of the night, with low lights at ease.

And then there are the gift requests… So I take advantage and produce.
