Croissants and Swirls for Everyone. Easy, Affordable, Delicious Recipe!

Croissants and Swirls for Everyone. Easy, Affordable, Delicious Recipe! Thinking about preparing everything at home is not always possible, except in some cases, it takes time, passion… But indulging in good, simple recipes for that treat that helps sweeten life, I believe is a great compromise.

I usually cook in batches for the family, I have a primary job, so I have to make time, My passions, between gardening and cooking, have slipped in between; work as an obligation, family as a priority.

Over time I’ve learned to organize everything. Sure, some unforeseen events, many, slip-ups, and various rushes like everyone, but I manage to maintain a good quality standard in my diet. The garden helps me a lot, my chickens for fresh eggs, the cheese from my son’s farm, so I can’t complain; the passion for cooking does the rest!

I prepare these croissants every now and then. There is always a lot of choices on foods to prepare, recipes to repeat, and others to discover, but some make a comeback a bit more often. And that’s exactly the case with these croissants!

An easy-to-make brioche dough with a guaranteed result. The right compromise for frequently creating recipes at home, because for some processes, even with passion, time is lacking.

A croissant to fill with creams or jams, as I did. Candied fruits, raisins, and orange jelly.
