Irish-Style Dinner…White Soup…

Irish-Style Dinner Recipe…White Fish Soup, unleavened bread, and smoked salmon

Tonight we planned a different dinner, just for a change…

To appreciate what we have, we must also know other traditions…

The taste of a strong cuisine, made with ingredients available locally, in every season.

Not exactly light, but every now and then we can afford to go beyond the diet and taste culinary differences.

One day I will go to Ireland, not just for its food, but for its land.

For the wind, the cliffs, and the sky…

I recommend taking a look at the following recipes…
