Tiramisu Truffles. A trendy and quick recipe. An easy-to-make delight, the tiramisu that transforms.
How many versions do we have of tiramisu: strawberry, moscato, peach… It’s said we can’t call everything by the same name, as not all ingredients are the same. In the classic dessert, we find essential ingredients: coffee, ladyfingers, cocoa, eggs, and mascarpone. If I remove the coffee and cocoa and replace them with moscato or peach syrup, I should call it by another name. The base preparation matters, like with cheesecake, which constantly changes flavor, or Bavarian cream, or cream puffs; the base stays the same, the flavor changes… Just like in ice cream!
These magical flavorful balls, which I want to call truffles for their irregular shape, are tempting even in summer. Fresh, fragrant, and tasty. Just put together all the ingredients and shape them.

Some Extra Tips
They are very easy to make and keep well in the refrigerator due to their ingredients. Instead of forming round shapes, you can also make mini bricks, just shape them into a rectangle, freeze for about 30 minutes and cut into bricks.
