Ingredients
- 1 puff pastry
- 3.5 oz Genoese pesto
- 2.8 oz smoked provola cheese
Preparation
Cut the pastry into 50 pieces, by drawing 5 lines lengthwise and 10 lines crosswise.
Prick the pastry with a fork and bake in the preheated oven at 428°F (220°C) with fan for 10-15 minutes.
Remove from oven and top each square with a teaspoon of pesto, then grate the provola cheese and add.
If you prefer, you can put them back in the oven for a few minutes.
