Today I want to tell you about the quick coffee and chocolate cream, born by chance! They asked me for a fresh, very quick dessert, so I thought of this recipe with instant coffee and dark chocolate. I had few ingredients at home: vegetable cream, coffee, a piece of chocolate, and a little sugar… the result? A cold coffee cream and dream chocolate, ready in just 5 minutes and without eggs!
The texture is super creamy, like coffee mousse, and is prepared with electric beaters in a bowl, easy and stress-free. You can serve it in small glasses, adding chocolate flakes or hazelnut granules. Perfect after lunch or after dinner, but also for a delicious snack!
A dessert that looks like a cold ice cream-like cream, but lighter, without an ice cream maker, without eggs, without gelatin. Try it also with added cinnamon, vanilla, or a splash of liqueur for a more adult version!

Ingredients
- 2 cups vegetable whipping cream
- 1 tablespoon instant coffee (or moka)
- 0.35 oz chocolate
Steps
Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie or with the microwave.
Meanwhile, whip the cream and divide it into two bowls.
In one, add the instant coffee and work with a hand blender or a mixer with beaters.
In the other, add the cooled or just warm chocolate and work again with the hand blender or beaters.
Arrange the two creams in cups alternating with dry biscuits, I chose amaretti, place in the fridge for 30 minutes or in the freezer for 15 minutes, and serve.
