Steps

  • Remove the casing from the sausage and crumble it, place it in the air fryer basket and cook at 190°C (375°F) for 4 minutes or in a pan.

  • Pour the flour into a bowl or mixer, add the yeast and salt, then the egg and mix, add the water a little at a time and keep mixing.

  • If needed, add water or flour, the important thing is that the dough is not sticky.

  • Roll out the dough on a floured surface and cut it with a 4-inch cutter, fill the center with pieces of sausage and provola.

  • Close them in half, seal the edges, and place them in the air fryer basket, oil, and cook at 190°C (375°F) for 8 minutes, turning them halfway through cooking.
