Ingredients
- 2 cups All-purpose flour
- 1 packet Instant yeast for savory preparations

- 2 cups Water
- 1 cup Extra virgin olive oil
- 1 cup Zucchini (grated)
- 1 cup Speck, provola cheese, parmesan
- as needed Breadcrumbs
- 2 teaspoons Salt
Preparation
Beat the eggs in a bowl with the whisk, add the water and mix.
Gradually add the flour with the yeast and mix.
Grate one or two zucchinis, enough to fill a cup, obviously, you can be generous.
Add the oil, salt, and a cup of speck, parmesan, and provola cheese cut into pieces.
Oil a 9-inch (22 cm) bundt pan and dust it with breadcrumbs.
