The wonderful 7 jar coffee bundt cake is the perfect breakfast cake but is great at any time, very soft and fragrant, without butter, light and tasty.
The 7 jar coffee bundt cake recipe is very simple to prepare. You use the yogurt jar as a measuring unit so no scale is needed, mix well, add Nutella, and bake.
Obviously, Nutella is optional. You can modify the recipe by adding chocolate chips or by eliminating the instant coffee if you prefer only the moka coffee.

Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 1 jar plain yogurt
- 2 jars sugar
- 3 jars all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 packet baking powder
- 1 jar extra virgin olive oil
- 1 fl. oz coffee
- 1 tablespoon instant coffee
- as needed Nutella®
Preparation
Brew the coffee and set aside.
Beat the eggs with the sugar until they double in volume.
Gradually fold in the sifted flour with the baking powder, then add both the instant and brewed coffee.
Add the yogurt, oil, and a pinch of salt, mix well, then pour it into a greased and floured 8-9 inch pan.
Spoon Nutella on top and bake in a preheated oven at 350°F for about 25 minutes, test with a skewer before removing.
