Ingredients

- 2.5 oz powdered sugar
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 oz pistachio cream

In the other half of the mascarpone, add the almonds with the yolk and if needed, a little almond milk, mix well.
Layer the creams in the cups, alternating them with chocolate and cookies dipped in milk or coffee.
Decorate with chopped pistachios and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
