- 1 cup all-purpose flour

- 0.7 oz hazelnut granules
- 0.4 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 egg yolk (if needed)
- 1 pinch baking soda
- 1 pinch salt
- 4 drops vanilla
- 1.1 oz raisins
Steps
Pour the flour with the baking soda into a bowl, add the sugar, the egg, the almonds (with skin), the raisins soaked in water or rum, washed and patted dry, the salt, and the granules.
Mix the ingredients and add the yolk if needed.
Make two loaves and place them on the oven tray covered with parchment paper.
Bake and cook in a preheated oven at 355°F for 10 minutes, then remove and cut into 1.5 cm thick slices.
Place the cookies on the tray and put back in the oven for another 5 minutes.
