Ingredients
- 1 1/8 oz vodka
- 7.05 oz water

- 1 tsp food coloring (or strawberry Bolero)
Steps
Place the gelatin sheets in a bowl with some warm water to dissolve, then squeeze them well.
Heat the vodka with the remaining 5.6 oz of water and the coloring in a double boiler, I used Bolero strawberry but any flavor is perfect, perfect with blueberries.
Cook almost to the boiling point but do not let it boil, then pour the liquid into silicone muffin cups or molds.
Let cool in the fridge until they solidify, it takes about a couple of hours.
