Apple Cake in the Air Fryer
  • Difficulty: Very Easy
  • Cost: Very Cheap
  • Preparation time: 15 Minutes
  • Portions: 6-8
  • Cooking methods: Oven
  • Cuisine: Italian
  • Seasonality: Fall, Winter, and Spring

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 2.12 oz sugar
  • 2.82 oz all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 packet baking powder
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 2 apples
  • 0.71 oz raisins

Steps

The cake is for an XXL Princess air fryer, the cake is low, I used an 8-inch pan inserted in the basket, if you prefer it higher, double the ingredients’ quantities.

  • Soak the raisins to soften them, then wash and pat them dry with a paper towel.

  • Beat the eggs with the sugar using an electric whisk, then add the flour with the baking powder little by little, continuing to work with the whisk and the milk.

  • Peel and cut the apples into chunks or slices, as you prefer, and add them to the mixture, add the raisins and mix well.

  • Line the pan with parchment paper, preheat the fryer to 356°F for 10 minutes, then bake the cake at 338°F for 20 minutes, I recommend checking the cake after 20 minutes if you make it low, do a toothpick test before removing.

  • For a higher cake, bake for 30 minutes but always check after 20-25 minutes, or bake in the oven at 356°F for 25 minutes.

    Bon appétit
