Ingredients
- 5 oz Robiola
- 1 cup Carrots
- 1 1/2 Avocado
- 2 slices Smoked salmon
- as needed Extra virgin olive oil
- as needed Lemon juice
- Pepper
- Salt
Preparation
Cut the avocado in half, remove the peel then cut it into pieces and place it in a mixer.
Start blending, add 1 tablespoon of robiola, a bit of pepper, a splash of lemon juice and mix well.
Divide it into 4 small finger food glasses.
Then cut the carrot into pieces and put it in the mixer with more robiola, a bit of oil and blend well.
Distribute it in the glasses, add a teaspoon of robiola, salt and pepper to taste.
Cut the salmon into strips and divide it in the glasses, add a slice of lemon and chives.
