Ingredients
- 1 2/3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup water
- 7 oz sweet bacon
- 5 1/3 oz mozzarella
Steps
Pour the flour into a bowl, add the water, a pinch of salt, and knead well.
Divide the dough into two parts if you want to make two separate portions.
Roll out a sheet with a rolling pin on a floured surface, and fill only half with chopped mozzarella and cubed sweet bacon.
Fold the sheet over the filling and seal the edges.
Place the rustic pie in the air fryer basket, brush with oil and prick the pastry, cook at 365°F for about 20 minutes turning it.
Alternatively, bake in the oven at 355°F for about 25 minutes.
