Baked Gratin Onions with Capers and Olives

BAKED GRATIN ONIONS with capers and olives, a tasty side dish for lunch or dinner, simple, light recipe, also ideal for a diet.

Delicious baked gratin onions stuffed with capers and olives, a perfect idea to accompany meat or fish, great both at lunch and dinner, done in just a few minutes.

The baked gratin onions recipe is very simple, I enriched them with capers and olives that I had at home, obviously if you don’t like them you can omit them.

A tasty dish even for dinner, if you want to reduce bitterness you can blanch them a bit with water and white wine vinegar.

Baked, but if you want you can also put them in a pan with the lid closed and they will still be excellent.
