  • 3 1/2 tbsp water
  • 1 pinch vanillin

Steps

  • Pour the flour into a bowl or mixer, add the baking powder, egg, lemon juice, vanillin, and salt, and start kneading, adding the water a little at a time.

  • The dough should be smooth and homogeneous, not sticky; divide it into several parts and roll out on a floured surface, then cut into diamonds.

  • Place them on the baking tray lined with parchment paper.

  • Brush with oil and bake in a preheated oven at 350°F for about 12 minutes, until golden.

  • Remove from the oven and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
