Ingredients
- 2.2 lbs prawns
- 1 1/2 cup white wine
- to taste parsley
- 1 clove garlic
- to taste breadcrumbs
Preparation
Place the prawns on a baking dish.
Add oil, chopped garlic and parsley, and white wine.
Sprinkle with breadcrumbs, add a few lemon slices, and bake at 356°F (180°C) for about 15 minutes, the shell will change color and they are ready.
If you want to clean them, remove the shell, but not the head for aesthetic purposes.
Then cut the back and remove the intestine with a toothpick.
