Baked sausages with Neapolitan potatoes

Ingredients

  • 2 sausage
  • 4 Potatoes
  • as needed rosemary
  • 2 cups water
  • as needed extra virgin olive oil
  • 5 cherry tomatoes
  • 1 Tropea red onion
  • as needed salt

Preparation

  • Peel and cut the potatoes into not too large chunks, oil a baking dish, and arrange them.

  • Prick the sausages and add them to the potatoes, add the chopped cherry tomatoes and rosemary.

  • Add the water, it should cover the sausages halfway, and bake.

  • You can add half a glass of white wine if you prefer, cook for 40-45 minutes.

  • Add the onion 10 minutes before the end of cooking, salt to taste and continue.
