Tools
Try the PHILIPS PASTA MACHINE with Integrated Scale, Automatic Programs, 8 Discs, child-proof! It’s fantastic, I recommend it, this is mine with 8 discs
Preparation
Prepare the pasta by hand or use pre-made pasta.
I used my Philips pasta machine
Pour the flour into a bowl and add the water, knead the two ingredients until a smooth and homogeneous dough is obtained.
Cover it and let it rest for half an hour, with the machine everything is ready in about 6 minutes.
Prepare a simple sauce with tomato purée and oil.
If you want, chop onion and carrot and sauté before adding the purée, let it cook for 30 minutes.
Take the dough, roll it out very thin on a floured surface, roll it without tightening and cut into strips of about 0.4 inches.
Boil the pasta and drain it al dente, then put it in a salad bowl.
Add the robiola, the ham cut into pieces, the mozzarella, and the tomato purée, mix well.
Oil a baking dish and pour in the tagliatelle, add a sprinkle of breadcrumbs and a drizzle of oil.
Bake in a preheated oven at 356°F (180°C) with fan and cook for 15 minutes.
Bon appétit
