Ingredients
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 pinch salt
- 7 tbsps butter
- 4 eggs
- 1 1/4 cups milk
- 1 egg yolk
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup cornstarch
- 2 chocolates (kinder bueno)
Steps
Bring the water to a boil with the butter and salt. Add the flour all at once and stir vigorously until you get a compact mixture.
Let it cool slightly and add the eggs one at a time, mixing well.
Shape the zeppole on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper using a pastry bag. Bake at 400°F for about 25-30 minutes, until golden.
