Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup butter
- Half lemon juice
- 1 pinch salt
Steps
Pour the flour into a bowl, add the sugar, butter in pieces and work a little with your hands then add the egg, lemon juice, and knead quickly.
Let the dough rest for 30 minutes in the fridge wrapped in plastic wrap then take it and place it on the work surface.
Make sticks as wide as a pinky finger, then balls the size of a walnut, flatten them and attach them to the sticks.
Score with a fork to get the broom, place the cookies on the baking sheet, bake and cook at 350°F for about 12-15 minutes.
Let them cool and decorate with Nutella and colored sprinkles.
