Ingredients
- 2.1 oz smoked provola cheese
- 3 slices bread
- 0.7 oz tomato sauce
- 6 cherry tomatoes
Preparation
For the recipe, I used sandwich bread.
Flatten the bread with a rolling pin without pressing too hard.
Stuff with tomato sauce, then cut the cherry tomatoes into pieces or halves, canned tomatoes are perfect.
Add the cheese in pieces, a sprinkle of oregano, and close the cannoli by bringing the two opposite ends to the center.
Join them by pressing together, oil them, and arrange the cannoli on the baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake and cook under the oven grill at the highest temperature for 10 minutes.
