Ingredients
- 1 2/3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 3 1/2 oz water
- 2.1 oz cooked ham
- 2.8 oz smoked provola cheese
- 3.5 oz potatoes
Preparation
Cut the potatoes into thin slices with a mandoline or with a large-hole grater and cook in a pan with a drizzle of oil.
Pour the flour into a bowl, add the salt, water, and mix quickly; you can use a mixer if you prefer.
Roll out the dough to a thickness of 1/8-1/4 inch, oil a 9-inch pan and place the pizza.
Cook with a lid on, bubbles will appear, turn it over and cook the other side too.
Add the potatoes, ham, and provola, heat again with the lid closed.
