Ingredients

  • 1.1 lbs savoy cabbage
  • 2 sausages
  • 1.1 lbs bread
  • 14 oz provola cheese

Steps

  • Cut the savoy cabbage into thin strips and cook in a pan with oil; if you prefer, add half a glass of white wine.

  • Let the wine evaporate, then cook the sauerkraut for about 10 minutes with the lid closed.

  • Cut the sausages into pieces and place them in the pan with the sauerkraut, finish cooking.
