Ingredients
- 2 slices sandwich bread
- 2.1 oz red bell pepper
- 2.1 oz yellow bell pepper
- 1.8 oz arugula
- 2.8 oz turkey breast (cooked)
- 2.8 oz feta
Preparation
Slice the peppers thinly and cook in a pan with a drizzle of oil and water with a lid on top.
When the peppers are cooked, flatten the bread with a rolling pin.
Then fill the bread with two slices of roasted turkey breast, or cooked ham.
Then add the drained peppers, arugula, and crumbled feta.
Roll it up well and wrap it in plastic wrap, then put it in the freezer for half an hour or in the refrigerator for an hour.
After the time, of course, slice to 1-1.2 inches and serve.
