Ingredients
- 2.12 oz sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2.8 oz all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 2.7 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2.7 tablespoons coffee
- 1 tablespoon instant coffee
Steps
Prepare the coffee and set aside.
Beat the eggs with the sugar in a bowl with the electric whisks and add the moka coffee, oil, instant coffee, and the sifted flour with baking powder gradually.
Pour the mixture into a 20 cm mold, bake in a preheated oven at 356°F for 20-25 minutes.
Do the toothpick test before removing from the oven.
