Ingredients
- 5 slices bresaola
- 80 g robiola
- 2 green chili peppers
Steps
Wash the chili peppers, remove the internal seeds then slice them thinly, into small pieces.
Mix the robiola with the chili peppers and spread on the bresaola slices, roll them up and cut in half, then secure with chives.
Place in the fridge until ready to serve.

Those who don’t prefer bresaola can use cooked ham or prosciutto, if desired you can also roll them in slices of sandwich bread.
