Ingredients
- 1 cup flour (the one you usually use)
- 1 tsp fresh yeast
- 3 1/2 tbsp milk
- 1 tsp butter
- 2 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 1 egg yolk
- Nutella®
- hazelnut granules
Steps
Dissolve the yeast in the milk and pour it into the food processor.
Add the flour, sugar and start the machine.
Add the butter and egg yolk, knead well, the dough should remain firm not soft, so if necessary add a little flour, the important thing is that it is not too mushy.
Form a ball and let it rise in a bowl covered with plastic wrap until doubled, about 3 to 4 hours.
After rising, detach pieces of about 1 1/2 oz, form sticks as wide as a finger, and twist them around the metal cannoli molds.
Brush them with milk, cover with hazelnut granules, and let rise on a baking sheet, let rest for 30 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 350°F, then bake for 10 minutes, obviously check your oven, be careful not to burn them.
Take them out of the oven, let them cool, and remove them from the metal cannoli molds, then fill them with Nutella.
Bon appétit
