Ingredients

  • 1 1/3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 tsp fresh yeast
  • 2 tbsps extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsps sugar
  • 1 oz chocolate
  • 2/3 cup whipping cream

Steps

  • Dissolve the yeast in the milk and pour it into the food processor.

  • Add the flour and sugar and start the machine, then add the oil and the egg.

  • The dough should be firm, not sticky; if necessary, add a bit more flour.
