Ingredients
- 4 cups flour (the one you usually use)
- 7 oz milk
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/3 oz fresh yeast
- 1/4 cup butter
- orange zest

Steps
Dissolve the yeast in the milk.
Pour the flour into a bowl, add the sugar, grated orange zest, a pinch of salt, and mix.
Add the egg, softened butter, and knead well, form a ball, and let it rest until doubled, about 2-3 hours.
Once risen, take the dough and divide it into 12 pieces, then roll each piece into rectangles, fill with jam, and roll each piece.
Pair them two by two and twist them around each other, then place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Let them rest for 20 minutes, then brush with milk and sprinkle with granulated sugar.
Bake at 350°F for about 15 minutes.
