Ingredients
- 6 crackers
- 2 cherry tomatoes
- 6 slices fiordilatte (buffalo or mozzarella)
Steps
Slice the buffalo fiordilatte or mozzarella into slices about 0.4 inches thick, then cut them with a fun-shaped cutter you have at home, a circle works too.
Place the cheese on the crackers, then slice the tomato and arrange it as well, enhance with diced fiordilatte using the scraps, of course.
